为鼓励学院教师（包含在站博士后）积极投入科学研究，在国内外优秀学术期刊上发表论文、成功申报各级纵向课题，特制定商学院教师科研活动支持办法。该项支持主要有两个目的：对于那些已经在高层次期刊上发表论文的教师，学院提供一定的科研经费用于支持该教师的进一步学术研究；对于那些已经获得省部级以上纵向课题的教师，学院提供相应的配套经费。
一、优秀学术论文经费支持办法
1．优秀学术论文经费支持主要针对上一年度公开发表高层次论文的教师。不同层次论文所获得经费支持力度不同。
2．对于发表在国内刊物上的中文成果，其经费支持标准如下：
（1）中文成果
（a）必须发表在AAA类刊物、AA类刊物和A类刊物（不含增刊、副刊和专刊）上的学术论文。（刊物划分标准依照《中央财经大学核心期刊目录》，其中发表在《哈佛商业评论》等业内知名杂志上的文章等同于A类刊物文章）。
（b）本院教师是论文的独立作者或第一作者。
（c）本院教师在论文上的单位署名须为“中央财经大学”。
（2）支持额度
发表在AAA类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供15000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动；
发表在AA类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供10000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动；
发表在A类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供5000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动。
3．英文成果
（1）期刊分级
本办法所设定的AAA类英文刊物为UTDallas所列出的管理类期刊。
AA类刊物为Financial Times所列出的管理类期刊中AAA类期刊以外的期刊，同时，增补了国内管理学科排名前十的院校共同认可的学术期刊。
A类刊物为AAA和AA类刊物以外的SSCI或SCI期刊。AAA和AA类刊物目录见附件。
如确有必要，本院教师也可向学术委员会提出上述目录的增补或修改，经学术委员会讨论通过、并上报至院务会通过后即可生效。
（2）支持范围
（a）AAA和AA类刊物，本院教师可以是论文的第一作者、第二作者或第三作者；A类刊物，本院教师必须是第一作者或独著。
（b）本院教师在论文上的单位署名须为“中央财经大学”。
（c）本院教师需提供由文献检索机构提供的检索报告。
（3）支持标准
发表在AAA类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供100000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动；
发表在AA类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供50000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动；
发表在A类刊物上的学术论文，每篇论文提供20000元的科研经费用于开展进一步科研活动。
其中第一作者或独著的成果可全额支持。
第二作者和第三作者的成果仅限于AA和AAA类期刊方可享受经费支持。
发表在AA或AAA类刊物上的第二作者文章享受全额支持经费的50%。发表在AA或AAA类刊物上的第三作者文章享受全额支持经费的30%。
通讯作者所享受的科研支持等同于第二作者。
（4）每项成果仅可享受经费支持一次，不可重复奖励。
二、纵向科研项目经费配套办法
1．支持范围
科研项目经费配套范围限于以学院教师为主持人获准立项的纵向科研项目。
所谓纵向科研项目是指由有关单位下达、学校科研管理部门统一组织申报、按照“公开竞标、择优立项”原则确定中标的项目，包括国家社会科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部哲学社会科学项目、北京市哲学社会科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等省部级以上科研项目。
2、经费配套额度
国家级重点或重大科研项目，学院给予200000元科研配套经费。
教育部重大课题攻关项目，学院给予150000元科研配套经费。
国家级一般（面上）项目，学院给予30000元科研配套经费。
国家级青年项目，学院给予15000元科研配套经费。
教育部和北京市科研项目（含青年和面上项目），学院给予10000元科研配套经费。
其他部委或其他类型的省部级课题，学院给予5000元科研配套经费。
三、学院每年1月份对上一年度自1月1日起到12月31日的科研成果进行统计，并公布科研论文经费支持和科研项目经费配套名单和额度。
四、受到学院科研经费支持的教师需制定下一年度科研经费使用预算，并上报到学院科研办公室。经费预算范围参照学校学科经费使用范围。
五、科研经费的使用和报销过程参照学校财务报销制度。
六、办法的生效日期及解释
1.本暂行办法自颁布之日起生效。
2.本办法的解释权在院务会。
