The Undergraduate Enrollment Publicity Team of the Business School Is Invited to Shaanxi to Attend the Seminar on Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents for the Connection between Universities and Middle Schools and Carry out Enrollment Publicity Work

In order to further strengthen the communication and exchanges with high schools with high quality students in Shaanxi, expand student source channels and attract more outstanding students from Shaanxi, on October 19, 2024, Associate Professor Lu Jizhou from the Department of Supply Chain and Operations Management of the Business School and Chen Yiwei from the Undergraduate Admissions Office of the Business School were invited to attend the Seminar on Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents for the Connection between Universities and Middle Schools and carry out enrollment publicity work.

On the morning of October 19, Lu Jizhou and Chen Yiwei went to the Qujiang Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong University Affiliated High School to attend the enrollment policy consultation meeting. Through the consultation meeting, Mr. Lu introduced the basic situation, school-running characteristics, discipline construction, talent cultivation and employment of the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) as well as the enrollment and admission of various majors of the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in Shaanxi in recent years, providing reference for candidates' major selection and career planning, and helping students and parents further understand CUFE.

On the afternoon of October 19, teachers Lu Jizhou and Chen Yiwei went to the Lugang Campus of Xi’an Tieyi Middle School to participate in college entrance activities. During the consultation session, parents were very enthusiastic and actively asked questions. Lu Jizhou attached great importance to the communication with parents, patiently answered their questions, and provided them with personalized suggestions and guidance. Lu Jizhou conducted an analysis based on subject rankings, enrollment majors, and application status in previous years, and highlighted the characteristics and advantages of China University of Finance and Economics in terms of cultivating top-notch talents and building "double first-class" disciplines.

This enrollment publicity activity has further deepened the exchanges and connections between our school and Shaanxi high-quality high schools, and laid a solid foundation for attracting more outstanding students from Shaanxi and steadily improving the quality of the school’s students.
