Abstract:

With the accelerated evolution of the artificial intelligence wave, next-generation AI represented by AI agents is developing distinctive attributes that differ from digital technologies and is profoundly changing the operating logic of existing management practices. These changes have attracted close attention from both academia and practice. Drawing on dynamic capabilities and digital platform ecosystems, and based on the theoretical logic of new developments in management theory, new trends in management practice, and new directions in management research, this study constructs an integrative framework for AI-agent-driven management transformation in the digital economy era.
