Abstract:
In the new context of high-quality development, outstanding enterprises urgently seek premiumization strategic transformation. This involves comprehensive redesign of products, R&D, brand positioning, resource deployment, and business domains based on high-end market demand, so as to fundamentally change the long-standing situation in which local enterprises remain in low- and mid-end markets. Premiumization strategic transformation has therefore become fundamental for excellent Chinese enterprises to achieve breakthroughs, development, and the national strategy of high-quality development. It represents an important strategic issue in the special stage and context of Chinese enterprise development. This research systematically examines the basis and direction of Chinese enterprises' premiumization strategic transformation, explicit actions of change, implicit cognition, and mechanisms for leveraging industry development, with the aim of constructing a theory of enterprise premiumization transformation in the Chinese context.
