Speaker: Professor Li Yuhui, School of Labor and HRM, Renmin University of China
Professor Li Yuhui is a professor and doctoral supervisor of theSchool of Labor and HRM, Renmin University of China, and director of the data and case study center and director of the labor science laboratory. He is a member of the American Society of management (AOM), International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and International Assessment Association (ITC), a director of China Human Resources Development Research Association, and a director of career development and Management Branch of China Society of labor economics. He has published more than 70 papers and 6 books in the Academy Management Journal, Journal of applied psychology, personal psychology and other core journals at home and abroad. He has provided consulting and training services to more than 100 enterprises and institutions, including Tencent, Baidu, Ali, shell, GSK, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, meituan, Didi, Xiaomi, Yuanyuan energy, military equipment group, Sany Heavy Industry, China Construction Group, etc. The research fields focus on leadership behavior, knowledge management and innovation, new generation workplace network and adaptability, organizational culture and global development of enterprises, etc. in recent ten years, the team has conducted a series of experimental research and frontier exploration around the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.
Digitalization has brought about changes in the global working situation and lifestyle, especially this year's epidemic situation has accelerated the embrace of digitalization in more enterprises. A series of concepts, such as remote office, virtual team, shared leadership, psychological security, silent behavior, etc., have also been hotly discussed. The lecture will focus on three issues: (1) Digital development trend of human resource management in Chinese Enterprises? (2) How to solve the needs of enterprises and obtain valuable research topics? (3) What preparations should be made to carry out the teaching work related to digitalization? Through the lectures, we hope to unveil the veil of the digital age, examine, explain and predict the trend of enterprise practice and research from a rational and scholar's perspective.
