March 26, a delegation of faculty and students from the CUFE Business School visited Beijing Zero Gravity Space Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zero Gravity Space”) for an exchange and visit. During the event, both parties toured the company’s exhibition hall, signed a cooperation agreement, and held an unveiling ceremony. They also conducted an on-site inspection of the satellite pilot production base, participated in joint Party-building studies, and engaged in in-depth discussions regarding specific matters of university-enterprise cooperation. Several faculty members from the Party branches of the Faculty Affairs Department, Human Resources Office, and Talent Development Office at CUFE also participated in this visit and joint learning activity.
The CUFE faculty and students first visited Zero Gravity Space’s corporate exhibition hall located at the Shumi yuan in Tong Zhou District, Beijing, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s development history in the commercial space sector, its core technologies, satellite product portfolio, and aerospace information application scenarios.
Following the tour, both parties held a symposium and conducted joint Party-building studies. Li Ke, Vice President of Zero Gravity Space, provided a detailed introduction to the company’s project layout and practical explorations in the fields of commercial space and the low-altitude economy. He emphasized that the company places great importance on in-depth cooperation with universities and hopes to jointly serve the national aerospace economic development strategy through the establishment of shared platforms and the pooling of resources. Xu Xianmei, Director of Business School Committee, stated that this visit marks a crucial step toward institutionalized and substantive cooperation built upon a foundation of long-term friendly exchanges, and expressed anticipation for achieving deeper collaborative innovation with Zero Gravity Space in the field of aerospace technology. Professor Gu Leilei, Vice Dean of the Business School, delivered a keynote speech on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, focusing on the development of the aerospace economy.

Witnessed by both parties, Xu Xianmei and Li Ke signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective institutions and jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Graduate Student Internship and Practice Base.” The two parties will engage in comprehensive cooperation in areas such as the construction of joint practical training bases, the establishment of teaching exchange platforms, the collaborative planning of aerospace projects, cooperation on domestic and international channels, and research on technology-finance topics, jointly promoting the deep integration of industry, academia, and research.
During the symposium, the two sides also exchanged views on topics including the integration of Party building and business operations, think tank development, curriculum development, and financial and planning operations, and engaged in in-depth discussions on advancing the depth and substance of industry-academia-research cooperation.

In the afternoon, the delegation of faculty and students visited Zero Gravity Space’s satellite pilot production base in Langfang, Hebei, to observe the commercial satellite manufacturing process firsthand. Guided by the base director, they observed key stages such as satellite assembly and integration testing up close, gaining a more concrete understanding of the technical barriers and engineering practices within the commercial space industry chain.
At the conclusion of the visit, Yang Zhongying, Deputy Director of Business School Committee, and Professor Gu Leilei, Vice Dean, led student representatives in an in-depth exchange with Xie Tian, Director of the Zero Gravity Space Satellite Application Center, and Du Liming, Director of the Data Center, focusing on specific business matters such as corporate case studies and support mechanisms. Faculty members from the Business School drew upon their disciplinary expertise to discuss Zero Gravity Space’s business model, investment and financing structure, and the industrial policy environment, laying a solid foundation for future joint case development and research projects.

This visit and exchange marks a new phase of regularized and institutionalized cooperation between the CUFE Business School and Beijing Zero Gravity Space Technology Co., Ltd. Utilizing the joint practice base as a platform, both parties will continue to promote resource sharing, joint talent cultivation, and collaborative innovation, contributing the wisdom and strength of university-enterprise collaboration to the integrated development of the aerospace economy and science and technology management.
