On the morning of April 9, 2026, Xu Zhengda, Assistant to the Dean of the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University, led a delegation to CUFE Business School for research and exchange. Attendees of the symposium included Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business School and Director of the MBA Education Center, Gu Leilei, Deputy Dean of CUFE Business School, Sun Luping, Head of the Department of Marketing, and Professor Li Jiapeng from the Department of Strategy. Also attending from the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University were Zhu Rong, Head of the Department of Organizational Management, Deng Chunping, Director of the Institute of Digital Consumption and Management Innovation, Professor Tan Juan, and Ding Xuechen, Head of the Business Administration Program.

At the symposium, Dean Lin Song welcomed Xu Zhengda and his delegation on behalf of the school. He comprehensively introduced the school's general development, discipline construction, talent cultivation, faculty development, and explorations in building a Tech-Business School. He specifically shared the school's practical experience and phased achievements in the deep integration of "Party Building + Faculty Affairs," the establishment of interdisciplinary platforms, and the featured cultivation of big data marketing.
Assistant to the Dean Xu Zhengda introduced the basic situation of the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University, focusing on sharing the school's characteristic practices and construction achievements in major construction, digital consumption and management innovation, discipline development, and talent cultivation. In particular, in-depth exchanges were conducted on practical efforts in areas such as the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as well as innovation and entrepreneurship education.
Participants from both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as business education reform, professional layout optimization, interdisciplinary innovation, the positioning and construction paths of the Tech-Business School, and innovations in talent cultivation models. They exchanged ideas and experiences on areas of mutual interest and explored future cooperation directions in discipline construction, academic research, resource sharing, and joint talent cultivation.
