Xiaode Ji is an Assistant Professor of Department of the Organization and Human Resources Management at the Business School of Central University of Finance and Economics. She holds a Ph.D. from Peking University. She also worked as a postdoc at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2022-2024. Her research mainly focuses on e mployee voice behavior and workplace emotion .
