The internal exchange event of the CUFE Business School Faculty Members Teaching Innovation Competition was successfully concluded on March 12. Guided by the principle of “promoting teaching through competition and fostering improvement through evaluation,” the event focused on enhancing classroom teaching quality and provided participating faculty with a professional platform for exchange, presentation, and continuous refinement. The event specially invited Gou Qin, First Prize winner of the National Teaching Innovation Competition for College Teachers from the School of Finance, to serve as the commenting expert. A distinguished panel of judges was formed, including Zhou Weizhong, a Beijing Distinguished Teaching Master; Ji Yueting and Zhang Guangli, recipients of the Excellence Award in the Beijing Teaching Innovation Competition for College Teachers; and Li Jiapeng, First Prize winner of the 13th Beijing Young Teachers’ Basic Teaching Skills Competition. The event was hosted by Gu Leilei, Associate Dean of CUFE Business School.

Following prior nomination and selection by various departments, Jia Xiaojing, Zuo Yuhan, and Liu Zixu, representing their respective teams, delivered outstanding presentations. Centered on the distinctive features of business education, the three participating teachers presented their work on teaching innovation concepts, implementation pathways, and educational outcomes, fully demonstrating the professionalism and innovative spirit of CUFE Business School faculty.

After the presentations, the panel of judges provided detailed feedback one by one, offering constructive suggestions on aspects such as instructional design logic, presentation of achievements, and competition delivery skills. As an important practice of “promoting learning through presentation and fostering improvement through evaluation,” this event not only provided participating teachers with a valuable platform for practical training and professional exchange, but also highlighted CUFE Business School’s commitment to advancing teaching innovation and promoting the deep integration of AI technologies with business education. The School will continue to strengthen support for competition preparation, helping faculty members participate in the official competition with greater readiness, showcase excellence in teaching, and continuously enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
