October 28, 2020, the 2020 CUFE Business School Advisory Board Annual Meeting was successfully held. Professor Li Junsheng, Chairman of the Advisory Board CUFE Business School and former Vice President of CUFE, Professor Ajay Vinzé, Dean of Business School, University of Missouri, Dr. Tao Dong, Managing Director of Credit Suisse Co., Ltd.,and Professor Wang Fanghua,former Dean of Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, attended the annual meeting. Professor Sun Guohui, Vice President of CUFE, Professor Li Tao, Assistant President of CUFE, the leader team of CUFE BusinessSchool, Heads of departments, and representatives of professors and students, attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Professor Ge Jianxin, Chairman of CUFE Business School Board.
Professor Sun Guohui, Vice President of CUFE, delivered a warm welcome to the members of the Advisory Board on behalf of CUFE.
Professor Lin Song, Dean of CUFE Business school and Director of the MBA Center, introduced the development of the school in the past year, summarized the school’s main achievements during the "13th 5-Year Plan" period, the characteristics and advantages, and the current shortcomings, analyzed the opportunities and challenges and made a comprehensive report on the school’s development plan in the "14th 5-Year Plan" period.
During the meeting, focusing on the theme of "domestic first-class business school", the Board members expressed their opinions on cutting-edge education concepts, innovative teaching methods, and optimizing the teaching environment, and exchanged ideas and put forward many pertinentadvice and suggestions.
At the end of the meeting, on behalf of the leader team of CUFE Business School and all professors and students attending, Professor Lin Song expressed his sincere gratitude to the advisory board for their development plan suggestions. He said that the leader team would carefully sort out the good ideas and implement those inpractice, to promote the innovation and development of CUFE Business School.
