题目:模糊环境下海上风电场的预防性维护调度

摘要:海上风能受到海洋状况和市场需求的影响。由于所处环境的不确定性,我们选择在模糊环境下研究海上风能领域的预防性维护调度问题。我们首先构建了一个模糊多目标非线性机会约束规划模型以寻求满意的风电机维护作业的调度方案,其中新定义了可靠性和成本目标,以及约束条件。为了求解提出的优化模型,我们设计了一个两阶段的求解框架,整合了处理模糊计算的运算法则以及处理多目标规划的非支配排序遗传算法II。通过此求解框架求得调度方案的Pareto最优解,以在可靠性最大化和成本最小化目标之间进行权衡。最后,我们用了一个假设的算例对模型进行了验证。

Title: Preventive Maintenance Scheduling for Offshore Wind Farms in Fuzzy Environment

Abstract: The offshore wind energy sector is affected by the state of the ocean and market demand. As such, we study the preventive maintenance scheduling problem in the offshore wind energy sector which operates in a fuzzy environment due to the uncertainty. We first formulate a fuzzy multi-objective non-linear chance-constrained programming model with newly-defined reliability and cost criteria and constraints to seek satisficing schedules of the wind turbine maintenance work. To solve the optimization model, a 2-phase solution framework integrating the operational laws for fuzzy arithmetic and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II for multi-objective programming is developed. The Pareto-optimal solutions of the schedules are obtained to help make the trade-offs between the reliability maximization and cost minimization objectives. A numerical example of a hypothetical case is illustrated to validate the model.
