Empowering with Intelligence, Gaining Insight into the Frontier
Following the signing session, the event moved into an intellectual exchange segment. Associate Professor Ji Yueting of CUFE Business School delivered a lecture titled “Digital-Intelligence-Powered Talent: Banking AI+Human Resource Management Practices and Prospects.” She systematically explained how artificial intelligence is reshaping human resource management from the perspectives of analytical, quantitative, and intelligent. She noted that future HR managers should transform into “organizational development experts with AI literacy and architects of human-machine collaboration.” Drawing on cases such as Amazon’s AI monitoring systems and intelligent salary adjustment mechanisms, she emphasized that while AI improves managerial precision, it must also retain human-centered warmth. She advocated the development of “commitment-oriented digital and intelligent HRM” centered on employee commitment, and explored balanced pathways between augmentation and automation in human-machine collaboration to achieve the integrated coexistence of “silicon-based intelligence” and “carbon-based wisdom.”
Subsequently, business experts from the branch’s business department delivered a special presentation on ICBC’s related financial services, comprehensively showcasing the bank’s innovative achievements in serving national strategies and practicing the principle of finance serving the people.
