Adhering to a systems thinking approach, the course integrates systems thinking methodologies and application tools into the teaching of the Operations Management course. It reflects cutting-edge theories and developments in the discipline, while placing particular emphasis on strategies for addressing the contemporary characteristics of enterprise operations, including dynamics, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. In doing so, the course achieves a deep integration of operations management theory and practice.
