Abstract:

Against the backdrop of continuing geopolitical turbulence and uncertainty worldwide, as well as China's rapid economic recovery and the strong demand for sustainable development, digitally and intelligently innovative financial elements and mechanisms have become a core issue for the development of China's private micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. How to make effective and skillful use of the resource endowments of China's banking sector and digital-intelligent innovation to tailor highly applicable and scalable supply chain finance models and services for Chinese private enterprises, especially more than 44 million private SMEs, is an innovative and frontier academic research agenda. Such models aim to address the long-standing problems of difficult, expensive, and slow financing for private enterprises and support their sustainable and resilient development.

This seminar will share research findings on supply chain models tailored for China's private micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
