l近期我院教师中英文期刊论文发表

                                 

2019年伊始,我院林嵩、朱曦济、刘晓红三位老师分别在SSCI期刊上发表了重要学术论文,此外,刘小元、葛建新、郭骁以及苗月新四位教师均有中文期刊学术论文发表。

                                 

1.Song Lin, Steven Si,(2019). The influence of exploration and exploitation on born globals’ speed ofinternationalization.Management Decision, Vol. 57 Issue: 1, pp.193-210.

- Purpose

The purpose of this paper is to investigate exploration andexploitation as antecedents tospeed of internationalization in born global firms.

- Design/methodology/approach

By using 150 born global firms in China, the authorsdemonstrate that the influence ofexploration and exploitation on born globals’ speed ofinternationalization. The statisticalmethod in this study ishierarchical regression model.

- Findings

The results revealed that exploration has a negative effecton the internationalization of born global firms, whereas exploration does not.The interaction between exploration and exploitation has positive influence onborn globals’ speed of internationalization.

- Practical implications

The study helps entrepreneurs and managers to betterunderstand how to achieve international entrepreneurship success andinternationalization success.

- Originality/value

This study makes a theoretical development ofinternationalization speed, a core aspect of international entrepreneurshiptheory. First, this study contributes to theories on born globals’ speed ofinternationalization, which the authors redefined in the current study by usingtwo approaches to measure the speed of internationalization of born globalfirms. Second, the study used exploration and exploitation as the twodesignated factors that are supposed to affect the speed ofinternationalization of born globals which contributes to the theoreticalliterature of international opportunity.

                         

2.Xiji Zhu, Law, KS, Sun,Cong (Timothy), Yang, D. Thriving of employees with disabilities: The roles ofjob self-efficacy, inclusion, and team-learning climate.Human ResourceManagement. 2019; 58: 21-34.

                         

With the growing global emphasis on welfare‐to‐work policies,an increasing number of people with disabilities (PWD) have entered theworkforce. However, studies on PWD have focused primarily on company practicesto accommodate PWD, with a limited understanding of factors affectingpsychological integration of PWD into the workplace. This scarcity in researchmakes it difficult for managers to utilize the full work potential of PWD. Tofill this research gap, the current study focuses on the job self‐efficacy ofPWD and investigates how employee disability interacts with inclusion andteam‐learning climate to affect job self‐efficacy, and in turn thriving atwork. Using a sample of 485 employees in 114 teams, surveys found jobself‐efficacy was a key intervening mechanism linking employee disability tothriving at work. These results suggest high workplace inclusion can bufferpotential negative effects of disability at the individual level, strengthenedfurther by a high team‐learning climate. The data supported a three‐waycross‐level interaction effect of disability, inclusion, and team‐learningclimate on the thriving of employees with disabilities, through jobself‐efficacy. Our results demonstrate the importance of inclusion andteam‐learning climate to foster employee thriving in a diverse workforce.

                       

3.Xiaohong Liu, Alan C.McKinnon, (2019). Practical relevance of theory-driven supply chain managementresearch: Evidence from China.The International Journal of LogisticsManagement, Vol. 30 Issue: 1, pp.76-95.

                           

-Purpose

                   

The purpose of this paper is to examine the extent to whichtheory-driven supply chain management (SCM) research is of practical relevance.It does this on the basis of empirical research in China.

                     

-Design/methodology/approach

                           

A two-pronged approach was adopted. First, 57 theory-driven SCMstudies based in China published in ten leading journals between 2006 and 2015were surveyed. Second, a questionnaire survey of Chinese managers identifiedtheir practical concerns and assessed their alignment with the content of theacademic papers.

                 

-Findings

                       

Some academic research on SCM does probe industry-relevantproblems. From an academic perspective, this confirms that theory-driven SCMresearch can be of practical value. Overall, however, the survey found thatmuch of the SCM research works do not translate into actionable knowledge forpractitioners. Academic research in this field could pursue a more pragmaticpath and enhance its practical utility. Two critical components of this path,“practical observation” and “practical verification,” are highlighted.

                       

-Researchlimitations/implications

                           

As the literature review was confined to ten leadingjournals, relevant papers in other journals were possibly excluded. Theresearch was confined to China and so the results are not necessarilygeneralizable to other countries.

                               

-Practical implications

               

Chinese academics and practitioners could collaborate indefining research agendas and directions. This would help researchers directtheir theory building to issues of relevance to business.

                   

-Originality/value

               

To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the firststudy to investigate the relevance of theory-driven SCM research from academicand practitioner perspectives in China. It shows how this research might havegreater impact on business practice.

                           

4.刘小元,蓝子淇,葛建新.机会共创行为对社会企业成长的影响研究——企业资源的调节作用[J].研究与发展管理,2019,31(01):21-32.

                       

基于社会企业实证研究的薄弱现状以及中国社会企业发展刚刚起步的实践,本文采用机会共创的观点,构建了机会共创行为与社会企业成长关系的理论逻辑,并考察了企业资源对两者关系的影响。基于中国社会企业问卷调查的数据,运用多元线性回归方法,实证检验了机会共创行为对社会企业成长的影响以及企业资源对两者关系的调节作用。研究表明,社会企业与客户的机会共创行为对社会企业成长具有显著的正向影响,但社会企业与投资者的机会共创行为对社会企业成长并没有直接正向影响。进一步发现,企业资源对社会企业与投资者的机会共创行为和企业成长的关系具有负向调节作用。

                       

5.郭骁.基于戴明思想的数字化目标管理辨析[J].企业管理,2019(01):57-58.

                       

企业完成了"数字",却往往没有实现"目标"。来源于西方管理学的目标管理理论和思想,近年来也成为国内很多企业谋求发展的一个工具。在日常经营中,企业往往从上向下制定了明确的数字化目标体系以保证总体目标的实现。这一管理思想和工具的普遍化运用,在一定程度上也源于这一思想表面上的易于理解和现实中的易于操作。但反观诸多企业,往往是实现了。

                       

6.郭骁.战略管理:顶层设计or摸着石头过河[J].经济界,2019(02).

                     

战略管理的核心是如何应对未知,“顶层设计”是将未知消解的态度,而“摸着石头过河”是与未知相伴的态度。在分析明茨伯格所提出的不同学派优劣的基础上,提出应以环境因素为准来将两者动态匹配以扬长避短,即当企业内外环境好时,战略管理决策难度更大,对决策的要求也更高,而决策风险和决策失败后的损失却相对较小,应以“摸着石头过河”为主,“顶层设计”为辅,以博取更高的收益率;而当内外环境不好时,战略管理决策的难度相对较小,对决策的要求相对也不高,而决策风险和决策失败后的损失却相对较大,应以“顶层设计”为主,“摸着石头过河”为辅,以获得安全的平均收益率以度过难关。

                     

7.苗月新.新时代背景下营销效果的财务评价与指标选择[J].财务与会计,2019(03):1003-286X.

                     

正如管理学家彼得·德鲁克所言,营销和创新是企业管理最为重要的工作,企业需要从根本上重视营销活动。但由于营销活动效果无法通过财务指标直接呈现,因而使得营销建议和主张面临如何验证效果的问题。这种不易量化的性质,主要源于营销是一种在效果呈现上既有直接性又有间接性的经营活动。而随着营销活动越来越倾向于影响消费者的认知、态度、理念而进入精神世界,从财务方面量化这种活动的直接效果变得更加国难。基于此,笔者认为,应当对营销活动进行分类,即分为战术营销和战略营销,研究对人们物质和精神层面的实际影响,前者主要计算当期财务收益,后者主要计算未来财务收益。而随着互联网、社交媒体成为营销主流媒体以及社会对环境变化、营销伦理、创新动能、新技术、企业社会责任的关注增多,揭示营销活动的财务指标亦需要作出相应调整。

二、科研动态

                     

金融采购创新实验室挂牌成立

                     

2019年3月31日,由中央财经大学、京东、中国金融集中采购网联合相关金融机构、院校共同发起的国内首个“金融采购创新实验室”,在中央财经大学举行挂牌仪式并召开第一次研讨会。中央财经大学党委副书记梁勇、中国金融集中采购网总裁王晓光,京东集团副总裁宋春正,中央财经大学商学院院长王瑞华出席仪式并为实验室揭牌。

                 

               

金融采购实验室组成成员中,中央财经大学作为学术代表提供理论、工具和方法;京东将作为创新代表,提供经验、技术、资源;中国金融集中采购网作为行业门户提供相关市场调研、市场研究;金融机构作为客户代表,提供需求、痛点、场景。各方将携手发挥各自特点,有效促进创新要素的顺畅流通,实现产学研深度融合的合作共赢。商学院院长王瑞华、中国金融集中采购网总裁王晓光、京东智能采购解决方案中心负责人陈伟出任实验室联合主任,供应链与运营管理系系主任耿勇副教授、晏妮娜教授担任实验室副主任。

                               

挂牌仪式后举办了金融采购创新实验室第一次研讨会,就金融采购的行业标准和未来趋势进行了深入探讨。来自中国金融学会金融采购专业委员会、中国金融集中采购网,京东企业业务、中央财经大学、南京审计大学及国家开发银行、中国银联、中国银行、中国人保、中国平安、太平洋保险集团、中信银行、北京农商银行、上海农商行、银河证券、晋商银行等20多家金融机构代表参加研讨会。

                     

                     

研讨会上,在充分听取各金融机构代表需求及行业痛点之后,商学院晏妮娜教授代表实验室发布了2019年三大研究课题:区块链背景下增值税专用电子发票与财务管理变革、人工智能技术在金融企业级采购领域的应用与价值、数据驱动的B2B供应链全渠道智能采购定价机制设计。实验室还将在适当的时机发布《金融采购白皮书》。
